SwordMasters is an online multiplayer game that is still actively being developed. Features, balance, and game systems may change at any time.

The game may offer optional in-app purchases such as VIP status and other benefits. These purchases are optional and are used to support the continued development and maintenance of the game.

Game servers and in-game systems are operated and moderated by the developers and authorized staff. Moderators and administrators may take actions such as muting, kicking, suspending, or banning players if they believe a player has violated the rules or disrupted the game experience.


What You Can Do

You are allowed to:

  • Play SwordMasters using the official client and services.

  • Interact with other players through the in-game systems such as chat or trading when available.

  • Share gameplay videos, streams, and screenshots of the game.

  • Provide feedback, suggestions, or bug reports to the developers.

What You Cannot Do


You are not allowed to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the game client, server software, or network protocol.

  • Use cheats, exploits, automation tools, bots, or modified clients.

  • Abuse bugs or exploits to gain unfair advantages (including item, currency, or power duplication).

  • Attempt to manipulate the in-game economy through exploits or unintended mechanics.

  • Impersonate staff members or other players.

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.

  • Distribute the game client without explicit permission.

  • Attempt to bypass account, payment, or security systems.

Violation of these rules may result in temporary or permanent bans.


Full Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or playing SwordMasters, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, you must stop using the game services.

2. Accounts

Players may be required to create or use an account to access certain game features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if we suspect rule violations, fraud, or abuse.

3. In-App Purchases and VIP

SwordMasters may offer optional in-app purchases via Xsolla (third party provider), including VIP status and other in-game benefits.

By making a purchase you agree that:

  • The purchase price shown at the time of purchase is final.

  • In-game purchases are non-transferable unless explicitly supported by the game.

  • VIP benefits may change over time as the game evolves.

Purchases are primarily used to support server infrastructure and game development.

4. Refund Policy

Unless required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Refund requests can be made through XSolla, but refunds are not guaranteed.

5. Game Economy and Exploits

SwordMasters includes an in-game progression and trading system.

Any attempt to exploit bugs or unintended mechanics to duplicate items, power, currency, or other game resources is strictly prohibited.

If exploits are discovered, the developers reserve the right to:

  • Remove duplicated or illegitimate items or progress

  • Roll back affected accounts

  • Suspend or permanently ban accounts involved

6. Moderation and Enforcement

Game moderators and administrators may take actions such as:

  • Muting players

  • Removing content

  • Kicking players from servers

  • Temporarily or permanently banning accounts

These actions may be taken at the discretion of the moderation team in order to maintain a fair and safe environment.

7. Ownership of Game Content

All game content including but not limited to:

  • Graphics

  • Audio

  • Game code

  • Assets

  • Game mechanics

  • Branding

are the property of the emolingo games.

You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the game without prior written permission.

8. Service Availability

SwordMasters is provided as an online service and may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time.

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous server uptime

  • Permanent availability of any feature

  • Future updates or content

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The game and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We disclaim all warranties including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of SwordMasters shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the game services.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the game after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
